Fly Fishing Cancun

Cancun has two fly fishing and light tackle fishing spots - the lagoons surrounding the Cancun Hotel Zone, and the flats around Isla Blanca, well known for its bonefishing.

Both areas are thriving populations of bonefish, permit, tarpon, snook, mangrove snapper, barracuda, and jacks.  Summer is best for bonefish and permit, while other species all year.
